Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
We really hope that you will love your Sikoja products. However, if you are not completely happy with any of the items you have ordered, we are happy to offer a refund. Please note we have a 14 day return policy, you will need to contact us at info@sikoja.com to initiate a return. All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. They must be received by Sikoja within 14 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the costs of returning an order.
If you would like to return an item please email info@sikoja.com quoting your order number and your reasons for wanting to do so.
Once we have received the returned items, we will process your refund amount to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please ensure that you send your return via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery or a trackable courier and keep hold of a postage receipt. We are only responsible for the items once they have been received back to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your products are damaged during delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, you will need to send an email and provide photographs to info@sikoja.com where the team will be able to investigate further.
EXCHANGES
REFUNDS
Once we have received the returned items, we will process your refund amount to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the refund too. If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sikoja.com.
Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs relating to returning your items to us.
