Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sikoja.com.

Please note you will need to contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order if you have changed your mind. Once a return has been confirmed via email you will need to return your unopened and unused products back to us within 5 working days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the costs of returning an order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

OPENED ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final and we are unable to accept or provide any returns or refunds on any used or opened products.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your products are damaged during delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, you will need to send an email and provide photographs to info@sikoja.com where the team will be able to investigate further. 

 

EXCHANGES

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or amend the order. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the refund too. If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sikoja.com.

 

Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs relating to returning your items to us.
